Dr. Tyrha M. Lindsey-Warren is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Marketing at Baylor University, and has over 15 years of experience working in marketing and communications in corporate America, Hollywood and nonprofit arenas for such firms as Quincy Jones-David Salzman Entertainment, NBC, Creative Artists Agency, L.A.I. Communications, and UniWorld Group. Dr. Lindsey-Warren speaks nationally on the topics of advertising, multicultural and cross cultural marketing, digital marketing, effective communications, and leadership. Her research streams are rooted in narrative transportation theory (storytelling), media and advertising, health edutainment, the emotion of empowerment, movies and entertainment. She is a published Consumer Behavior Scholar whose work has appeared in the Journal of Advertising Research, the Journal of Cultural Marketing Strategy, the Journal of Marketing Education, and the book, “Entertainment Values,” published by Palgrave UK. Dr. Lindsey-Warren has her B.S. in TV/Radio/Film from Northwestern University, MBA from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont, and PhD in Marketing from Rutgers University.

As President of MEFA, Dr. Lindsey-Warren performs all of the duties common to such an officer, serves as signatory on legal documents on behalf of the Association, acts as chairman of the Board of Directors and presides at all meetings of the Association and of the Board of Directors.
