As Treasurer of MEFA, Dr. Andrews approves all expenditures in excess of an amount set from time to time by the Board of Directors; presents periodic financial reports to the Board of Directors; presents an annual report to the membership; presents financial planning and proposed revenue producing sources to the Board of Directors; and assists the Certified Public Accountant selected by the Board of Directors in the periodic audit of the Association.
